Before You Apply

All Applicants Must Submit the Following:

  • Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate schools attended.
  • Three letters of recommendation written by individuals familiar with the applicant’s professional work and skills. Here is the recommended format for letters.
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Application processing fee of $90.00 (Check or money order payable to Ponce Health Sciences University)
