PHSU officially announced their plan to open a new medical school in Tortola, BVI in early October. News of the Medical Doctor program housed on the campus of H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in Paraquita Bay, set to enroll 50 students in August 2025, spread quickly via Facebook.
